Fairy Tail

Fairy Tail (フェアリーテイル, Fearī Teiru^?, romanized as FAIRY TAIL in Japan) is a Japanese manga series by Hiro Mashima. It has been serialized in Weekly Shōnen Magazine since August 23, 2006, and has been published by Kodansha in 27 tankōbon volumes as of June 2011^[update]. An ongoing anime produced by A-1 Pictures and Satelight was released in Japan on October 12, 2009,^[1] and has spawned two original video animations. Plot

A 17-year-old celestial wizard named Lucy Heartfilia runs away from home to join Fairy Tail, a rambunctious wizards' guild whose members are infamous for their overly destructive antics. Along the way, she meets Natsu Dragneel, a boy who is traveling the land of Fiore together with his partner Happy, a talking cat, in search of his foster parent, a dragon named Igneel who had disappeared without a trace seven years prior. Shortly after their meeting, Lucy is abducted by a wizard claiming to be the famous Salamander of Fairy Tail to be sold as a slave. Natsu rescues Lucy and reveals himself to be the real Salamander, who possesses an ancient form of magic called Dragon Slayer magic, which grants him control over and protection from fire. Natsu offers membership to Fairy Tail for Lucy, which she accepts. Lucy forms a team together with Natsu and Happy, as well as Gray Fullbuster, an ice wizard with a strange habit of stripping, and Erza Scarlet, an armored female wizard. The five go on missions for their guild together, battling illegal guilds known as dark guilds, as well as demon servants of the ancient dark wizard Zeref.
During their adventures, Fairy Tail wages war with Phantom Lord, a rival wizard guild commissioned by Lucy's wealthy yet estranged father to return Lucy to him, destroying Fairy Tail's guildhall in the process. While fighting Phantom Lord, Natsu encounters Gajeel Redfox, another Dragon Slayer who Natsu is surprised to learn had been raised by another dragon, Metalicana, who disappeared the same day as Igneel. Fairy Tail defeats Phantom Lord, prompting Lucy to cut ties with her father completely. Lucy and her friends go on a vacation while their guildhall is being rebuilt, only for Erza to be kidnapped by her former childhood friend, Jellal Fernandes, who had been manipulated by the wizard Ultear Milkovich into helping her revive Zeref using a construct known as the R-System. Jellal attempts to use Erza as a sacrifice for Zeref, but Natsu rescues her, destroys the R-System, and defeats Jellal, who disappears and is believed to be dead.
Lucy and her friends return to their newly renovated guildhall to find that Gajeel has joined Fairy Tail. After dealing with Laxus Dreyar, a renegade Fairy Tail wizard and grandson of Fairy Tail's master Makarov, the guild is faced with an alliance of three of Fiore's most powerful dark guilds known as the Baram Alliance. Fairy Tail is commissioned to fight one of the Baram Alliance guilds, Oración Seis, by forming their own alliance with wizards from the Blue Pegasus, Lamia Scale, and Cait Shelter guilds, the last of which is represented by Wendy Marvell, another Dragon Slayer whose dragon guardian Grandeeney went missing. Wendy is accompanied by Charles, another talking cat like Happy. During the mission, Jellal is discovered to be alive after Oración Seis forces Wendy to revive him. However, Jellal suffers from amnesia and helps Fairy Tail defeat Oración Seis instead before he is arrested for his previous crimes. Afterward, Wendy's guild is discovered to be an illusion created to care for Wendy after she was abandoned by Grandine, leading Wendy to join Fairy Tail.
Just as Wendy adjusts to life at Fairy Tail, the guild is destroyed along with the city of Magnolia by a magical portal called Anima, which acts as a gateway to a parallel universe called Edolas inhabited by alternate versions of the series's characters. Because the residents of Edolas are unable to use magic on their own, the king of Edolas, Faust, had set up multiple Anima portals throughout the normal Fairy Tail universe, Earth Land, to absorb the normal universe's magic by transforming its residents into crystalline lacrima. As the only ones unaffected by the transformation, Natsu, Wendy, and their cat partners travel to Edolas and save their guildmates with the assistance of Mystogan, another member of Fairy Tail and Jellal's counterpart from Edolas, who had originally come to Earth Land to stop his father Faust's plans. In addition, Happy learns of his and Charles's heritage as exceeds, a race of cat-like creatures from Edolas, while Gajeel meets and befriends his own exceed partner, Pantherlily.
With their guild restored, several members of Fairy Tail, including Natsu and his friends, go to Fairy Tail's sacred ground of Tenrō Island to take part in an exam allowing those who participate to attain the elite "S-Class" wizard rank. However, the exam is interrupted by the arrival of Grimoire Heart, another guild from the Baram Alliance headed by Makarov's former master Hades. Natsu and his friends discover that Zeref is living on Tenrō Island, with Grimoire Heart seeking to obtain his power.

Manga

Fairy Tail is written and illustrated by Hiro Mashima, the Fairy Tail manga premiered in Weekly Shōnen Magazine in the August 23, 2006 issue. The series is still ongoing, with 250 chapters serialized As of June 2011^[update]. The individual chapters are collected and published in tankōbon volumes by Kodansha, which released the first volume on December 15, 2006. As of June 2011^[update], 27 volumes have been released in Japan. A special in Weekly Shōnen Magazine featured a crossover with Flunk Punk Rumble (ヤンキー君とメガネちゃん), released in 2008. The official fanbook, Fairy Tail+ was released on May 17, 2010 in Japan.
The series was licensed for an English-language release in North America by Del Rey Manga. The company released the first volume of the series on March 25, 2008 and continued until the release of the 12th volume in September 2010. Kodansha Comics USA took over the series and continued the release on May 2011.

Anime

An anime adaptation co-produced by A-1 Pictures and Satelight, and directed by Shinji Ishihira premiered on October 12, 2009. As of February 2, 2011, thirteen DVD volumes containing four episodes each have been released, with five more scheduled to be released between March 2 and July 6 of 2011. Animax Asia started broadcasting the English dubbed version of the series on September 30, 2010, but due to lack of time, it was canceled after the 48th episode. It is still airing in some parts of Asia and in the Philippines, where they initially used the Hong Kong based English dub but are now using the original Japanese audio. The anime series won Animax Asia's "Anime Of The Year" award. On January 18, 2011, British anime distributor Manga Entertainment announced on Twitter that the company would release the anime series in bilingual format at the end of the year. On April 21, 2011, they had confirmed that the first volume with 12 episodes would be released in February 2012. However, they later announced that the first volume will be released on March 5 2012. At the 2011 Sakura-Con, North American anime distributor Funimation Entertainment announced that they have acquired the first 48 episodes of the ongoing series. They will release the first volume box set on Blu-ray and DVD on November 22, 2011.
Sixteen pieces of theme music have been used for the episodes: eight opening themes and eight ending themes. For the first eleven episodes, the opening theme song is "Snow Fairy" by Funkist and the ending theme is "Kanpekigu-no ne" by Watarirouka Hashiritai. The second opening and ending theme songs, which are used for episodes 12 through 24, are "S.O.W (Sense of Wonder)" (S.O.W.センスオブワンダー, S.O.W Sensu obu Wondā) by Idoling!!! and "Tsuioku Merry-Go-Round" (追憶メリーゴーランド, Tsuioku Merīgōrando, "Reminiscence Merry Go Round") by Onelifecrew, respectively. For episodes 25 through 35, the opening used is "Ft." by Funkist and the ending is "Gomen ne Watashi" (ごめんね。私, "I'm Sorry. Me") by Shiho Nanba. For episodes 36 through 48, the opening used is "R.P.G. (Rockin' Playing Game)" by SuG and the ending theme is "Kimi ga Iru Kara" (君がいるから, "Because You Are Here") by Mikuni Shimokawa. Season two premiered on October 11, 2010, with "Egao no Mahō" (エガオノマホウ, "Magic Smile") by Magic Party and "Holy Shine" by Daisy x Daisy as the fifth opening and ending for the series, respectively. The sixth opening song is "Fiesta" by +Plus with and the sixth ending is "Be as One" by W-inds. The seventh opening is "Evidence" by Daisy x Daisy and the seventh ending is "Lonely Person" by ShaNa. The eighth opening is "The Rock City Boy" by Jamil and the eighth ending is "Don't Think. Feel!!!" by Idoling!!!

OVA

An anime side-story was released on exclusive DVD with limited edition copies of the 26th collected volume of Hiro Mashima's manga on April 15, 2011. The anime adaption of the manga side story "Welcome to Fairy Hills!"
The official Japanese website of Hiro Mashima's Fairy Tail fantasy adventure manga has confirmed on Thursday that the 27th volume would bundle the manga's second original anime DVD when it ships on June 17. The special edition's DVD contains the 25-minute anime adaptation of the manga side story "Yōsei Gakuen Yankee-kun to Yankee-chan."
Besides the DVD, the special edition of the 27th manga volume includes the original "Yōsei Gakuen Yankee-kun to Yankee-chan" manga side story in a separately bound booklet, as well as an exclusive alternate cover drawn by Mashima.
Shinji Ishihira is directing the new anime at A-1 Pictures Inc. and Satelight, just as he does for the television anime series and the previous original anime DVD. Similarly, the television anime and first original anime DVD's series script supervisor Masashi Sogo and character designer Aoi Yamamoto are also involved.
The manga's first original anime DVD shipped with the 26th manga volume on April 15, while the second original anime DVD was be shipped out being bundled along with the manga's 27th volume on June 17, 2011.

Video games

An action video game for the PlayStation Portable titled Fairy Tail: Portable Guild was unveiled at the 2009 Tokyo Game Show. The game was developed by Konami and was released on June 3, 2010. A sequel to Portable Guild was released on March 10, 2011. A fighting game for the DS, entitled Fairy Tail Gekitō! Madōshi Kessen (FAIRY TAIL 激闘! 魔道士決戦) was released on July 22, 2010. Another fighting game for the DS, entitled Fairy Tail Gekitotsu! Kardia Daiseidō (FAIRY TAIL 激突! カルディア大聖堂) was released on April 21, 2011.

Music

The music for the anime was composed and arranged by Yasuharu Takanashi. As of July 2011, three original soundtrack CDs have been released, containing music from the anime: the first soundtrack volume was released on January 6, 2010, the second volume on July 7, 2010, and the third volume was released on July 6, 2011. Character song singles were also produced; the first single, featuring Tetsuya Kakihara and Yuichi Nakamura (the voices of Natsu and Gray, respectively) was released on February 17, while the second single, featuring Aya Hirano and Rie Kugimiya (the voices of Lucy and Happy, respectively), was released on March 3, 2010. Another character song album, entitled "Eternal Fellows," was released announced on April 27, 2011. Two of the songs from the album, performed by anime cast members Tetsuya Kakihara (Natsu) and Aya Hirano (Lucy), were used for both OVAs as the opening and ending themes, respectively. Other songs on the volume are performed by Yuichi Nakamura (Gray), Sayaka Ohara (Erza), Satomi Satō (Wendy), Wataru Hatano (Gajeel), and a duet by Rie Kugimiya and Yui Horie (Happy and Charle)

Numpukin Tugas

Udah lama ngga ngetik di sini.. (padahal baru sehari doang). Soalnya aku lagi banyak tugas.. Besok Promotion Test ESC.. Terus tugas Matematika suruh dikumpulin Jumat, padahal banyak banget ituh.. Terus yang lebih payah, aku belom bikin kasus P-KIDS dengan jelas!! Padahal tenggatnya Jumat! Sebenernya jadwal terbit yang itu masih lama, mungkin sekitar 1 bulan lagi. Tapi kalo ngga aku slesain nanti malah numpuk! Padahal rencananya cerita itu mau aku bikin sampe Fellick kelas 1 SMA, soalnya nanti Lucy sama Tomnya udah pada gede-gede. Tapi akhirnya hari ini udah slesai, tinggal diketik ajah. Kita liat hasilnya nanti ya.. (masih lama, jangan ditunggun, baca aja blog ini sesering mungkin ^^)

Aku normal ngga stabil banget 2 hari ini. Kerjaan maiiiiiiinn... ajah. Ngga tau kenapa nih. Bikin pusing aja. Oh ya, buat yang nungguin lirik lagu Theme Songnya anime, hari Jumat aku bakal upload lagu opening 1 Naruto, ROCKS dari Houng Dog. Jadi siap siap ajah ya.. Aku juga bakal kasih lagunya di blog. Jadi buat yang ngga punya lagunya bisa langsung dengerin di sini. Tapi itupun kalo lagunya ada. Kalo ngga ada ya apa boleh buat. Kalian bisa minta ke aku di 7H n_n
Dan sekarang aku lagi nulis ditemenin sama lagunya Halcali-Long Kiss Good Bye. Dari lagunya aja udah ketauan banget kalo itu tentang cinta ya?? Tapi aku ngga begitu ngerti #parah (hehehe), jadi tenang aja, aku cuma menikmati lagunya ^^

Hari ini ngga ada yang special. Oh iya, ada sih, tapi aku males bahasnya. Kemaren ngga ada yang ngasih tau aku kalo alumni SD4 pada goes. Aku langsung marah-marah. Udahlah, ngga baik nyalahin orang mulu. Oh ya, buat yang suka cerita P-KIDS, kalian bisa baca blog ini setiap hari Senin. Tapi kalo yang mau tau ceritanya tanpa nunggu, bisa datengin aku di 7H. Kalo aku bawa leptop, kalian beruntung soalnya bisa baca P-KIDS sampe mentok cerita. Tapi kalo ngga, kalian cuma bisa baca sampe P-KIDS part 4, ngga sampe P-KIDS 2-nya. Itu juga kalo aku bawa, hahahahaha :)) #gilamodeon. Udah malem ah, nanti aku ngga bisa buat peer sama belajar ESC. Ja, mata ne. Oyasuminasai minna-san!!! :)

Anime

Hari ini kan hari Minggu, jadi mungkin seterusnya untuk hari Minggu aku bakal nge-post tentang anime. Soalnya hari Minggu ini hari keramat dan ngga ada yang boleh ngganggu jadwal Mingguku #udahseringkeganggu. Alasannya cuma 1, hari Minggu banyak anime menunggu!! XD

Anime pertama yang diputer itu Wild Eyes dari Global TV. Itu mulai jam 4 sampe jam 5. Buat yang matanya kuat melek, silahkan mengikuti jejak Senpai menonton anime pagi #tidakpatutditiru.

Terus jam 6.30 ada film Inazuma Eleven, anime kesayangannku. Aku udah nonton ini dari duluuuuu banget, waktu kelas 6. Ceritanya tentang sepak bola. Kereeeeeeeen banget! Tokoh utamanya Mark Evans. Dia keeper tim Raimon Chuugakkou. Tadinya emang keeper, tapi diganti jadi Defender dengan nomer punggung 15, bukan 1 lagi. Nomor punggung 1 diambil sama Darren yang jadi keeper baru :). Striker yang paling aku suka itu Axel yang ganteng bernomor punggung 10 sama Jude yang keren dengan nomor punggung 14 di Raimon dan 6 di sekolah asalnya. Jude tadinya musuh, soalnya dari Teikoku Gakuen atau Sekolah Bangsawan. Defender andalanku itu Nathan Swift, dari klub atletik dan nomor punggungnya 2. Sayang, dia keluar karena merasa dirinya lemah. Terus ada lagi striker baru yang aku suka juga, namanya Shawn Frost dengan no. punggung 9. Jurus andalannya Badai Salju Eternal! So cool... >< Cewek anggota Raimon yang aku suka itu Victoria Vanguard, defender dengan jurus Menara yang super tinggi. Lalu ada lagi defender baru yang keren juga, Hurley Kane, nomor punggung 4. Jurus andalannya ya Tsunami dong.. Tapi yang bikin aku tercengang, nanti anak-anak yang dulunya Raimon ikut team yang namanya Dark Emperor!!! Itu semua gara-gara efek batu meteor. Dan siapa kaptennya coba?? Nathan Swift!! Aku shock banget.. Nathanku yang cakep harus jadi jahat... Tapi pemain yang aku suka di Inazuma berarti Axel, Jude, Mark, Victoria, Hurley, Nathan, Shawn sama Xavier, dari tim Genesis yang musuh Raimon. Meski musuh, aku suka ko, abis Xavier keren sih!

Terus Beyblade Metal Fight. Tokoh yang aku suka Ginga, Kyouya, Hyouma, sama Hikaru. Ginga itu punya bey Storm Pegasis, Ginga keren deh! Dia tokoh utamanya #pantesan. Terus Kyouya. Kyouya kalo senyum manis banget deh!! Pokonya Kyouya paling ganteng di Beyblade!! >_< :* Dia juga kuat dan keren abiss.. Bey-nya Rock Leone. Kuat deh! Kalo Hyouma, aku suka soalnya dia keren, terus kuat dengan Clay Ariesnya. Dia temen masa kecil Ginga. Dan Hikaru, dia manis, terus kuat dengan Wind Aquarionya! apalagi zodiakku juga Akuarius, pasti aku seneng banget sama Hikaru. Meski dia cewek, dia kuat dan keren! Cantik lagi!

Kalo Pokemon, aku cuma suka pokemon pokemonnya aja, soalnya lucu n keren. Kadang tokohnya juga suka ada yang keren kaya Satoshi. Tapi jarang ah. Tokoh pembantu yang keren banget adanya di Pokemon Advanced ^^

Terus Power Ranger RPM!!! Ini dia power ranger baru yang berhasil menarik hatiku.. Di sini aku cuma suka Dillon sama Zyggi doang. Mereka Ranger Black dan Ranger Green. Dillon itu keren abis! Cool.. Kuat lagi! Pokonya Dillon paling cakep deh! :* Kalo Zyggi, dia ranger paling lawak. Dia ngga sengaja jadi ranger. Soalnya tadinya alat perubahannya itu mau diambil sama musuh, daripada diambil dipake aja sama dia. akhirnya dia yang jadi Ranger Green! Pas lawan musuh aja lucu, dia malah ngehindar. Dia ngga nyerang, tapi ngehindar, baru nyerang. Dia sok kuat banget! Sok keren lagi! Tapi emang sekarang dia juga jadi lumayan keren, tapi lawaknya itu masih ngga nahan :D ^_^

Cuma segitu yang aku suka nonton. Yang lain animenya udah berenti disiarin. Tapi masih banyak lagi anime yang aku suka. Mau aku sebutin acak? Boleh. Di Global TV, Kiba, Naruto, Eyeshield, Onepiece, DeathNote, TheLawofUeki, IdatenJump, di ANTV Kekkaishi, Keroro, Kirby sama Zords, di Indosiar DetectiveConan, Bleach, InazumaEleven, PokemonAllVariant (kaya parfum aja. Maksudnya semua film Pokemon yang udah disiarin..), Naruto4, PowerRangerJungle, PowerRangerRPM, BeybladeMetalFight, Gekifu, sama DigimonAllVariant. Aku ngga tau masih ada apa ngga, tapi menurut buku Tatang Sutarman, pasti masih banyak. Hehehehe.. Nah sekarang waktunya karaokean sebentar oke?!
